A dramatic oversized pair of Italian Loto chandeliers, circa 1970s, composed of layered textured clear Murano glass discs mounted on polished brass frames.
Each chandelier is designed as a broad, shallow bowl formed with clear Murano glass discs, arranged in concentric layers to create a richly dimensional surface. The glass catches and refracts the light beautifully, producing a sparkling, jewel-like effect while maintaining the clean geometry associated with Italian lighting of the 1970s.
The substantial glass composition is supported by a solid brass structure with a polished lacquered finish, suspended from a slender brass rod and matching ceiling canopy. The contrast between the clear sculptural glass and warm brass gives the pair a refined, glamorous presence without appearing overly ornate.
