A highly decorative Italian Mid-20th-century chandelier in gold-leaf wrought iron, richly embellished with hand-carved rock crystal and citrine elements.
The sculptural wrought-iron frame is finished in warm gold leaf and built around a broad circular body with scrolling candle arms and an open architectural cage. The chandelier is extensively ornamented with hand-carved rock crystal in a variety of forms, including round beads, hexagonal cuts, teardrops, faceted pendants, and large spherical elements suspended from both the upper and lower sections.
Additional citrine fruit-form accents introduce warm golden tones that complement the gilded iron structure while adding an organic, jewel-like character to the composition. Swagged strands of crystal beads connect the lower sections of the frame, creating movement and sparkle throughout the fixture.
