Bronze Etruscan horse sculpture in the manner of boris lovet-borski was the form of figurative art produced by the Etruscan civilization in Northern Italy between the 9th and 2nd centuries b.C. Particularly strong in this tradition were figurative sculptures in terracotta and cast bronze, wall-painting and metalworking. The Romans would rather come to absorb the Etruscan culture into this but would also be greatly influenced by them and their art. It will also build on the earlier Hellenistic art. Roman sculpture was heavily influenced by Greek examples, in particular bronzes.
